Who collects your information?

ELARO is operated by AXO SISTEMI, računalniško programiranje, Aleksej Koleš s.p., Gornja vas 16A, 3231 Grobelno, Slovenia (registration 7546602000). This business is the controller for the waitlist. Contact support@goelaro.com for privacy questions or requests.

What we collect and why

With your consent, we use your email to send your personal welcome credit and ELARO launch updates. We record your signup and confirmation times, the consent version, withdrawal, campaign labels, assigned credit, and activation and use history. We do not enrol you in a general newsletter. We use limited, hashed network identifiers to control abuse; we do not keep full referring URLs.

You may also choose to share an arrival date, approximate week, month and year, or “Not sure yet”. We store that precision, the Thailand calendar date or range, and when you last updated it alongside your signup. We use these optional plans to time a booking reminder you request by saving them. We are currently collecting plans only; no automatic reminder campaign is running. Skipping this step does not affect your signup, activation or welcome credit. You can edit your plans through your personal activation email while its link is valid, or request a fresh credit email.

Providers and access

Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores the private waitlist and reward records, and Resend delivers the emails. These providers process information for these purposes, including on infrastructure outside your country. Only authorized ELARO staff can access the list. We do not automatically share the waitlist with transport partners or sell personal information.

Your choices

Consent is optional; you can leave this page without submitting. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops launch emails and promotional booking reminders and does not cancel an issued credit. At booking we check the confirmed email and passenger to prevent multiple claims. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights; we may need to verify your identity.

Retention

We keep the campaign contact and consent records while sending the requested launch updates and administering the credit, which expires on 1 April 2027. After that, we review records for deletion or anonymisation when no longer needed. Minimal withdrawal, anti-abuse and redemption evidence may be retained to honour your preference and handle support, disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. Booking records have their own retention purposes. This does not enrol you in continuing marketing after the launch campaign. Optional arrival plans may extend beyond the credit expiry. We review them for deletion when the stated arrival period or requested reminder purpose has passed; you can also ask us to remove them earlier. Saving or editing plans never re-subscribes an unsubscribed address.

Cookies and measurement

This waitlist adds no advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Activation and unsubscribe links are private and do not sign you into an account. We count accepted and confirmed signups from protected records; emails, codes and tokens are not sent to analytics.
