A personal welcome to your first ELARO Direct transfer. All campaign dates use Thailand time (Asia/Bangkok).

How much is my credit?

Signups accepted before 1 November 2026 receive 250 THB. Signups accepted during November, through 30 November 2026, receive 100 THB. No new credits are issued from 1 December 2026. The time ELARO accepts and saves your signup determines your amount, even if you activate later.

Activate, then keep your code

Your personal email contains your actual amount and unique code immediately after signup. Explicitly activate the link to confirm your email. The link lasts 48 hours; a fresh link retains the same code, amount and eligibility. Activation is not redemption. Unsubscribing does not cancel your issued credit.

Eligible rides

• Your first eligible ELARO Direct private transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Pattaya, as a new passenger.
• The ride must be completed before 1 April 2027. The last eligible ride date is 31 March 2027 in Thailand. A booking made before the deadline alone does not qualify.
• One use per person. Another email address does not create another entitlement. ELARO checks the passenger, confirmed email and previous rides before including the credit in your offer.
• Only the base transfer fare is discounted. Extras are excluded. The final price cannot be negative.
• No cash value, transfer or combining with another promotion. Not valid on existing bookings or partner bookings outside ELARO Direct.
• ELARO funds the discount. The transport partner’s agreed payout is unchanged.

Booking and cancellation

Joining does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee availability or collect a payment. Public opening is planned for November 2026; campaign dates do not open bookings. Your credit is checked and shown with the normal fare and final price in your written offer before acceptance and payment.

Availability and ordinary booking, cancellation and refund terms apply. A credit reserved for an expired unpaid offer or a definitively failed payment can be released once no payment is processing. For a confirmed cancellation before the ride, ELARO checks the final payment and refund outcome before releasing the credit. A completed ride consumes the credit. This promotion does not change cancellation charges or refund rights.
