When does ELARO open?
Opening to the public in November 2026. We will email confirmed subscribers when public bookings are available. The exact opening day has not been announced.
Which route is this for?
Private transfers from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Pattaya. ELARO arranges your booking and communication; a verified local transport partner performs the transfer.
What does the welcome credit cover?
250 THB for signups accepted before 1 November 2026; 100 THB for November signups. The credit is deducted from the base fare of your first eligible ELARO Direct ride. Extras are excluded. One use per person; no cash value, transfers or combining promotions.
How long is my credit valid?
Your eligible ride must be completed before 1 April 2027, Thailand time. Booking before that date is not enough. Keep your personal code and activate your email link within 48 hours; you can request a fresh link without changing the credit.
Is joining a booking?
No. Joining does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee availability or take a payment. You will request a transfer after public bookings open.
Will you send me emails?
We will send your personal welcome credit and ELARO launch updates, with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your issued credit stays valid under the offer terms. You are not joining a general newsletter.
